We offer everything from Studlock, Threadlocker, epoxy steel putty and windscreen sealant.
Studlock: High strength, high viscosity, thixotropic thread locker that prevents loosening against vibration when used on various threads > M25.
It works on all metals, including passive substrates such as stainless steel, aluminium and plated surfaces. It can be disassembled by heating to 300°C.
It contains a fluorescing additive to allow monitoring under UV light.
Threadlockers: Bondloc Threadlockers are single-component liquids that cure at room temperature to a hard, solid thermoset plastic when applied between steel, aluminium, brass and most other metal surfaces. When in contact with metal ions, the adhesive completely fills the gaps between mating threads to lock threads and joints. This prevents unwanted movement, loosening, leaks and corrosion. Bondloc anaerobic formulations have been developed for applications with improved cure speeds, high temperatures and oil contamination to enhance their performance further.
Steel Epoxy: This is a steel–filled epoxy putty for general maintenance and repairs. It can be used to repair worn or fatigued metals, patch castings, make jigs and fixtures, and rebuild pumps and valve bodies. Steel epoxy is also available as a two-part, cold-curing epoxy adhesive that will bond to various metals, plastics, and aluminium.
Windscreen Seal: This seal is designed to install vehicle windscreens and bonded screens quickly and effectively. It resists shock and vibration and has excellent adhesive strength in peel and tension.
