VACANCY: Agricultural Parts Advisor

We are seeking a motivated and keen person to join our team as an Agricultural Parts Advisor.

The role ideally suits someone with previous experience of working in a component parts supply department.

In this role, the successful applicant will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions.

Duties

  • Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the products and services offered to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Manage time efficiently, particularly in busy periods, and to handle multiple customer interactions while maintaining high service standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment.

 

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Proficient in IT skills, including familiarity with sales software and digital communication tools.
  • Ability to negotiate confidently and persuasively, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and customers.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to sales, demonstrating drive and enthusiasm in achieving targets.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £26,343 -£32,000 per year
Additional pay: Bonus scheme
Schedule: Monday to Friday
