Returns – Terms & Conditions
Return Conditions
- The goods must be in original packaging wherever possible. If the original packaging is not available, goods must be clearly labelled with the seven digit product code which can be found on your delivery note or invoice, e.g., VPD6095 or HYC5310.
- The goods must be in a clean and resalable condition. This includes the packaging.
- If you have purchased an item that is supplied as a kit, the kit must be returned as a full kit.
Stock Items
- Products returned within 14 days of delivery date will not incur any handling charges.
- Products returned over 14 days after the delivery date, will incur a handling charge of up to 25% of the purchase price.
Special Orders
- Goods with a value of £25.00 or less are non-returnable.
- Products returned within 7 days of delivery will not incur any handling charges.
- Products returned after 7 days will be subject to a handling charge of up to 25% of the purchase price.
- Goods returned after 30 days will not be accepted.
- No credit will be issued if Pioneer Agri are unable to return the item to the supplier or manufacturer.
- Any products cut to size i.e. hoses are non-returnable.
Warranty Claims
- Returns must be within the warranty period. Please be aware that this may vary depending on the product or supplier.
- Credit Notes will not be issued for warranty returns until such time as the supplier has approved the claim.
- While awaiting supplier approval any replacement items will be invoiced as normal.
Carriage
- Carriage will only be refunded in certain circumstances.
